We provide customers with technological solutions to hydrocarbon production and transportation in the world’s abyssal depths. Major areas of expertise include marine pipeline and riser systems, marine terminal systems, subsea and floating production systems, onshore pipelines and facilities. Additional areas of expertise include flow assurance and operability, marine surveys, arctic pipelines and offshore construction equipment design.
To meet industry goals of cost reductions and the technical challenges of increasing water depths, alternative riser concepts such as Steel Catenary Risers (SCR) , flexible risers and hybrid risers have become viable riser options.
In addition to pipeline and flowline riser systems, INTECSEA has extensive core capabilities for top tensioned riser (TTR) systems associated with drilling and production operations with 68 TTRs installed and in operation. The associated system engineering, analysis, material specification, procurement, component design, testing and installation for such TTR systems are incorporated in all projects.
