What are some of the things you working on at the moment?

I’m currently working with the Department of National Defence on the development of an Inuit Participation Plan for the construction and operation of their new Arctic naval facility at Nanisivik (near the community of Arctic Bay on Baffin Island, Nunavut).  The Inuit Participation Plan will identify local opportunities and maximize the use of Inuit, Inuit business and Inuit organizations within the project.

What do you like the most  about working for WorleyParsons'
Infrastructure & Environment sector?

I get to work with smart, interesting, and dedicated people from all over the world on various projects and across many customer sectors. I enjoy the diversity of perspectives and projects at WorleyParsons. I’m also very fortunate and grateful that my work here allows me to travel to some of the most beautiful, remote and challenging communities in the world.

What is the most exciting project you have worked on at WorleyParsons?

I really enjoyed working with our great team of engineers on the Vale Serra Sul Iron Ore Mining Project in South-eastern Amazonia, Brazil. The project gave me the opportunity to conduct field work again in my old stomping ground (I spent years living in the Amazon) and it was exciting for me to view the region and its complicated social challenges through the 'fresh' eyes of the engineers I was with.
