WorleyParsons' Vacation Employment Programme is a 3 month summer programme and caters primarily for final year engineering students.
The programme aims to give vacation students an opportunity to see what its like to work at WorleyParsons as well as exposure to our Graduate Development Programme.
Vacation students will be assisting graduate engineers and senior engineers on a variety of projects spanning across our Hydrocarbons, Minerals & Metals, Infrastructure and Power sectors. As part of the programme, buddies will be assigned and there will be an opportunity to visit one of our customer sites during the programme.

Buddy Programme
The Buddy programme is used to help undergraduates integrate into the company by giving them a point of contact who isn’t a manager but rather an experienced graduate who will help new recruits learn about their role, the company and the Vacation Programme by providing advice and tips.
