2009 Champion Winners

The development and successful roll out of the OneWay integrity management program was a fundamental building block in WorleyParsons achieving world class safety performance and recognition as a world class project delivery organisation.

Chris Shinners and Keith Rendel led this significant change program with commitment, enthusiasm and engaging passion that has seen the program embraced by the whole organisation.  They adopted an extremely thorough and consultative approach.  First developing a strong basic structure to match WorleyParsons’ unique operational and cultural needs then adapting and enhancing from this core to meet regional and local requirements.  This led to a sense of local ownership for the success of the roll out.

As a result, it has been one of the smoothest and most successful rollouts of a major change program undertaken within WorleyParsons.
