2006 Horgan Fellowship Winner - Brad Shaw
Brad Shaw; Project Manager and BOC Alliance Coordinator, based in Spotswood, Australia; was awarded the Horgan Fellowship Award in 2006.
Brad’s proposal is to undertake a leadership training course conducted by the Construction Industry Institute and the University of Texas’ McCombs School of Business in the USA. It is a world-class leadership program for senior executive candidates in the engineering and construction industries.
Brad’s application indicated a clearly defined means of bringing lessons learnt from a world class training program into the WorleyParsons organization through the development of a leadership training module, membership of WorleyParsons’ global project management learning community, mentoring and development of other project managers.
