WorleyParsons has announced it will purchase the remaining 50% share in Canadian joint venture WorleyParsons MEG.
The Calgary based firm has experienced strong growth subsequent to the initial investment and the region offers significant growth prospects in hydrocarbons and other industries.
The WorleyParsons MEG design and project expertise for Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) is acknowledged world wide. The effective date of acquisition 1 August 2005.
