CEO Committee 

The Chief Executive Officer’s Committee (CEOC) acts as an advisory group to the CEO.  The CEOC comprises the leaders of our regions, customer sector groups and key functional areas.  The CEOC focuses on the development of our global strategic plans, the achievement of safety and performance targets in line with these plans, and the effective implementation of shared initiatives.  The members of the CEOC are:

 

Brian AdamsBrian Adams
Chief Information Officer
Brian is responsible for WorleyParsons’ Information Technology, Systems and Infrastructure.  Joining WorleyParsons in 2006, he held the role of Chief Financial Officer for the Australia New Zealand region before moving into his current role.  Brian has spent over 20 years in senior international roles in marketing, manufacturing, and professional services in Australia, Africa, Asia, and Europe. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors and holds a degree in Human Resources Management.

 

Chris AshtonChris Ashton
Regional Managing Director – Middle East, North Africa and India

Chris is responsible for our Middle East, North Africa and India operations. He has held a number of senior leadership roles within WorleyParsons in Europe and the US, most recently leading the global Power business.  Chris joined WorleyParsons in 1998 after more than 15 years in senior engineering and operational roles with international organizations operating in the oil & gas, chemicals and power sectors. He is experienced in the development and implementation of strategy and operations leadership. Chris holds a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Sunderland, a Master Degree in Business Administration from Cranfield School of Management, and has completed the Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School.

 

Greg ClinnickGreg Clinnick
Managing Director – Risk and Assurance

Greg has stewardship of the corporate and project risk management functions, business resilience including security, business continuity and crisis response, internal audit and corporate sustainability.  Greg joined WorleyParsons in 1997 after a career in banking and general management in service industries.  Within WorleyParsons, Greg has held senior roles in finance, administration and internal audit.  He holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Melbourne University, a Diploma in Directors Duties and a Post Graduate Certificate in Risk Management from Swinburne University.

 

Gordon CoweAndy Cole
Managing Director – Power, Infrastructure & Environment

Andy is responsible for the development and implementation of the global Power, Infrastructure & Environment (PIE) strategy and has a shared responsibility with Operations for critical decision making on PIE related opportunities.  Prior to taking up this role Andy managed the Subsectors & Business Lines across the global Hydrocarbons business.  Joining WorleyParsons in 1985 in Perth as a young structural engineer, Andy was involved in the design of various offshore oil & gas platforms in Australia, UK, south east Asia and the Middle East.  He managed the Thailand operation from 2001 to 2003, returning to Australia to complete a Master of Business Administration and to establish and run the global Front End consulting division, known as Select.  Andy holds a Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.

  Greg Conlon
Greg Conlon
Regional Managing Director – Europe
Greg is responsible for our operations across Europe and has more than 20 years of project and operational experience in hydrocarbons, chemicals, smelting and minerals internationally.  He joined the company in 2000 and has held a range of senior management roles in Australia, Thailand and Singapore before taking on his current role.  Greg has successfully leveraged heritage strengths to deliver mega-projects and achieved growth by actively promoting business diversification into other delivery phases, new industry sectors and greater international work share.  He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

 

Brian EvansBrian Evans
Managing Director – Hydrocarbons

Brian leads the development and implementation of global strategies in the Hydrocarbons sector and is actively engaged in the operational and financial success of the Hydrocarbons business.  He has a shared responsibility with Operations for critical decision-making on the company’s largest and most-complex Hydrocarbons-related opportunities.  Brian held senior positions with major oil and gas and project delivery organizations prior to joining WorleyParsons.  He holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida Institute of Technology and has completed post-graduate studies in business administration.


Brian FaulknerBrian Faulkner
Regional Managing Director - Canada

Brian is responsible for Canada Region operations. He has over 30 years of technical, project and business management experience, providing project delivery services to the hydrocarbons, chemical and municipal sectors. Brian joined WorleyParsons in 2000 as Manager of Engineering, for legacy Colt Toronto operation. From 2002 to 2009 he led the Toronto business as Vice President and General Manager. In 2009 he accepted the position of Senior Vice President, Calgary Operations. Brian graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1981 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering.

 

Graeme HendersonGraeme Henderson
Managing Director –
Improve
Graeme is responsible for the development of the WorleyParsons Improve business. Graeme joined WorleyParsons in 2001, has worked in a number of business management roles, led the Australian and New Zealand Improve business and since 2008 has been responsible for the global capability development of Improve. Prior to joining WorleyParsons, Graeme held a number of senior management positions with an international chemicals company. Graeme holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Swinburne College, a MBA from Deakin University and is a Fellow of Engineers Australia. 

 

Simon HoltSimon Holt
Chief Financial Officer
Simon is responsible for the Finance, Tax and Treasury functions of WorleyParsons and will guide these functions towards its goal of standardizing processes, systems, corporate and financial reporting as well as oversight of the operational finance functions.  Within WorleyParsons, Simon has held the roles of Group Financial Controller and most recently Deputy CFO.  Simon held a number of senior positions in the retail sector before joining WorleyParsons in 2007.  Simon has a degree in Business (Accounting and Marketing) from the University of Technology Sydney and is a Chartered Accountant.

 

Jay IbrahimJay Ibrahim
Managing Director – Major Project Development
Jay is responsible for the development of major projects across the organization. He has held a number of senior management roles in his 23 years at WorleyParsons recently having responsibility for our Middle East, North Africa and India operations. Jay is an accomplished professional in project execution, planning and delivery with many years of senior project management experience gained in the USA and the Gulf Area. He holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University and has a Diploma in Advanced Management from Harvard University.


Simon HoltLarry Kalban
General Counsel & Insurance Director

Larry is responsible for the legal team supporting the business as well as the placement and management of the Company’s insurance program. He has been with the Company since 1986 in various legal and risk management positions and has been actively involved with the Group’s M&A activities. Larry holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Dickinson School of Law.


Denis LuceyDenis Lucey
Regional Managing Director – Asia / China
Denis is responsible for the company’s operations in Asia and China.  He has over 30 years’ industry experience in a wide range of project engineering and project management roles.  Denis joined WorleyParsons in 1990 in SE Asia and has been responsible for numerous projects across the region.  He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from University College Cork and a Master of Science in Offshore Structures from Cranfield Institute of Technology.

 

Marian McLeanMarian McLean
Group Director Delivery Integrity & Group HSE Director
Marian is responsible for the Delivery Integrity Group which is part of the Delivery Support Group. This global function brings together our quality, integrity, assurance and HSE activities and provides assurance against physical harm to people, environment and assets; failure of service and project performance; and breaches of ethical and regulatory codes. Marian joined WorleyParsons in June 2008 as Group HSE Director.  She has over 20 years health and safety experience in the manufacturing, water, construction, service and oil and gas industries. Her qualifications include: Master of Applied Science (Ergonomics) University of NSW, Graduate Diploma in Safety Science University of NSW, Bachelor Physiotherapy, University of QLD.  She is a professional member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Australia.

 

Francis McNiffFrancis McNiff
Regional Managing Director – Sub Saharan Africa
Francis is responsible for our Sub Saharan Africa operations.  He has over 22 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry with extensive project engineering and project management experience of engineering design together with fabrication and installation.  Francis has worked for more than 15 years with WorleyParsons on a wide range of international projects, from feasibility studies through to final project implementation and operational support.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and has completed the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

 

Chris ParkerChris Parker
Regional Managing Director – United States and Caribbean
Chris is responsible for our operations in the USA and Caribbean region.  Chris has been with the company since 1981 holding a number of senior management positions in the USA and global roles in execution strategy and engineering management.  He has a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and has completed the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.


Craig ReevesCraig Reeves
Managing Director – Global Businesses

Craig is responsible for leading WorleyParsons’ Global Businesses – Evans & Peck, INTECSEA and Energy Resourcing. He joined WorleyParsons in March 1991 and has held a variety of senior and project management positions in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, Europe and United States of America.  He worked for major oil and gas and manufacturing companies prior to joining WorleyParsons.  Craig holds an Honors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Sydney and is a Fellow of Engineers Australia.


Kevin J. Smith
Managing Director – Project Delivery

Kevin is responsible for the Manager of Projects network and key functional departments including engineering, project procurement and construction. He brings to WorleyParsons a depth of experience in operations, project management and construction management, primarily in the oil and gas industry.  Kevin has held executive management positions with two major engineering and construction companies over his 24 year career, and has been responsible for project delivery in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia.  Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington. 
 


Mark SoutheyMark Southey

Managing Director – Minerals, Metals & Chemicals

Mark is responsible for the Minerals, Metals & Chemicals (MM&C) customer sector group globally and has held this role since joining WorleyParsons in 2002.  He has a shared responsibility with Operations for critical decision-making on MM&C-related opportunities.  Mark brings to WorleyParsons strong financial, commercial and operational experience.  He led and managed large industrial and technology-based global service businesses holding senior international management roles in Europe and Australia prior to joining WorleyParsons.  Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Portsmouth and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sydney.

 

Mark TruemanMark Trueman
Regional Managing Director – Latin America
Mark is responsible for our Latin American operations.  Mark led the Power customer sector group globally prior to taking on his current role.  He joined WorleyParsons in 1994 as country manager for Singapore before taking on various regional management roles in the Power and Infrastructure sectors in Asia, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. He led several regional acquisitions in Singapore, South Africa, India, China, Vietnam and Australia.  Mark worked for a major engineering company in the UK and Australia prior to joining WorleyParsons.  He is a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore and Australia, holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Sydney and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Ian WilkinsonIan Wilkinson

Regional Managing Director – Australia & Pacific
Ian is responsible for managing our operations thoughout Australia and the Pacific.  He joined WorleyParsons in 1994 in Brunei and has held a number of senior management positions in South East Asia, the Middle East and Australia.  Ian led the Transfield Worley joint venture before moving to his current role.  He has over 28 years of experience in the oil and gas and resource industries and holds a Degree in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Queensland.
