Mentoring program aims to increase gender equality


We are very proud of Karen Sobel, our Regional Managing Director for Canada and US East, promoting mentoring of Women with the Alberta government with the launch a new mentorship program that focuses on women in the workforce.




"Alberta has more women working than any other province, yet they hold only seven per cent of corporate board positions.

Status of Women Minister Stephanie McLean has launched a pilot program in Calgary to help remove barriers and expand leadership opportunities for women. The six-month program matches women with mentors who are leaders in the areas of engineering, construction, finance, academics and business development".  Read more here.
