To realise its growth opportunities, Ferrexpo Poltava Mining (FPM) is upgrading and developing its iron ore mining and processing facilities in the Poltava region of Central Ukraine.

WorleyParsons has entered into a Project Management Alliance with FPM to provide program management and technical resources in workshare centres globally to deliver the project.  WorleyParsons manages several specialist technology partners and Ukrainian Design Institutes engaged to assist in the delivery of the project.  The alliance team includes a number of FPM staff who will gain valuable project delivery experience through direct involvement in the project.  The alliance utilises WorleyParsons project delivery methodology systems and procedures.
