WorleyParsons is providing front‑end engineering design and Project Management Consultancy services to Polimerica for the complex, which consists of an ethylene plant plus three polyethylene plants (LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE) and facilities.
The use of the WorleyParsons Project Management Process to underpin delivery has added significant value to the project. The system has enabled an effective mega‑project methodology to be adopted by a newly formed client organization, providing a sound basis for our relationship with Pequiven and Braskem.
